Hi just wondering how "dry" this MP3 recording is? sounds like an awful lot of Reverb/delay on it...is this the case? speaking of case's does it come with a good hard shell case?

No delay at all, just reverb and a good mic. These weren't sold with a hardshell case, they were sold with something lighter and better in my opinion. It's a molded foam case covered in ballistic fabric.

I've been toting my Johnson in one of those canvas covered foam cases since 2002, with perfect satisfaction. Only problem I've had has been pulling off zipper pulls and having to crimp them back on. I think the foam gives better shock protection to the guitar than most hard cases, but it won't help against a penetrating sharp object or strong crushing force. WAY better than a gig bag, in any case. (No pun intended, that just came out that way.)

I have to agree Rico, It's also lighter than a hardshell case.
I can't believe that this hasn't sold, it's a killer reso at 1/2 the price of a new one

I agree, it's a deal.

I'm not in the market, though. GASsed out for now.

I played one of these at GC the other day, and I loved it. I have the money to buy a new resonator, which I want, but I have 7 guitars, and I have to pack all of them to move 1500 miles away. I would love to have it... but can't.

Dude. An exciting - and defining - chunk of time to be in. There's camping equipment, boxes of books, and some other junk I swore I'd get eventually in my Mom's garage. I've moved many times since - but I still mean to get around to that stuff.

No guitars there, of course.
