Trying to get started

Postby lobotexicano » Sun Apr 09, 2006 10:09 pm

Hello, everyone. I'm currently in the D.C. area by way of San Antonio (and Kansas City, and New York, and Columbus, OH, but Texas sounds better). I'm 19 and have been playing for six years. I'm trying to get my career started, though I still sound like gato under coche. I'm a die-hard SRV disciple, along with a lot of Albert King and BB. My dream is to move back to Texas and grind it out on the Southwest circuit, then see what happens. (Hey, we can all dream :) )

Hopefully one of these days we'll play together at a local jam.

Hey Texas Wolf! Bienvenido! A cat under a car? I doubt you really sound like that but you are making me get out my spanish dictionary to translate. This is good. Have a lot of fun here and I bet you will make your dream come true, no doubt.
