I've bookmarked these, because it's late over here, but hopefully I'll listen in the morning and be amazed(as ever)

Ok, they're excellent! I am impressed as ever

Thanks for those Walter. I owe alot to Sonny Terry, even though I never met the guy. My earliest harp idol was Tony (Little Son) Glover -- back in the late 60's, and his playing style is a direct link to Sonny Terry. Tony pointed me to Sonny Terry to begin to understand the use of rhythm and chucking in country style blues. I still have a harp tutorial book with CD entitled "Sonny Terry Licks". I'd recommend it to anybody who has primarily concentrated on Chicago style harpin' and feels the need to get familiar with that rhythmic country blues style.

Hey Guys: I didn't realize how blessed I was at the time, to be around sonny terry. To this day, I never have tried to copy him because he is just to him IMO to ever be copied. What I learned from him was the whole concept of what a harp player should be. That is with me everyday. Walter
