Just dropped my Dot into open G and been playin it w/ a "Silica Slide" thru my Blues Jr..... Ummmmm um UMMMMMMM TASTY!

I know it's been discussed elsewhere here , but I just played a buddies Oscar Schmidt OE-30 ($129) and with a good setup and some different strings , it would be a fine guitar .....

I got one, set it up and changed the strings and I love it. To get it to intonate though I had to flip 3 of the saddles. Plays like a dream and has very good sound quality.
