 Whoa!! I went with L.C.Ulmer to a gig last night,LC just won a Blues championship, at the Ground zero in Clarks dale, he is 85,and does the old Black delta style, and is going to do a tour of europe. But all I did was harmonicas!! Ive never done that before, Ive always played guitar along with harps,in a rack, SO to be able to wrap my hands around em and just concentrate on harps,no guitar no vocals etc, was strange!! LC has the straight forward delta sound, where you would expect a turnaround or pause, there wasen't any,LC sez they ain't needed!!!HAHA!He brought a 1963 Seeburg select a rythym, He selected a rythym and away we went!! I had a great time!!THATS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT!!

Nope! thats L.C's thang!! I just love playin with the older guys, you learn a lot from em, they don't waste notes or time they keep it a simple as simple can be!! it lets me see how I over think and over play a song at times, Like LC sez don't need all dem notes people like it the way it is!! Nails ain't changed but da hammer sure has!HAHAHa!! its the truth!!
