:shock: Gezz I had a busy weekend 1001 things on da honeydo list, But I put a dent inta it, Iam just amased at the energy level I have , looseing the weight made a huge difference, I have more focus on what Iam doing, I was able among other things ,gittin about 4 hrs in the studio as well, My ridin mower even goes faster !!!not havin ta carry a fat butt around, a couple of friends commented on my weight loss and one asked how much more was I goin ta loose, cause I was lookin TOO SKINNY!!!!!man its been a long time since I heard that!!!HOW is everybody else doin???

:shock: This just happened!! We are unloadin roof trusses on site this morning, and the 1st truck ,the driver was talkin with me and he asked, where the guy was that was here a few months ago, I told him I was the only project Mrg, ever on this project, he said No he was talkin to someone about music and Blues, I told him that was me, and he looked surprized!! I told him I had lost 52lbs since he had seen me last!! He said he would not have know it was the same guy if I had not told him!! Man that made me feel GOOD!!!

Oops! 224. I made the same mistake as my wife. When she says that to my daughter, she says "Wow! He weighs less than I do!" I say "It's the helium I'm sniffing."
