Double Take

Postby Little Mickey » Wed May 31, 2006 1:26 pm

After our last gig at a certain Sheffield pub, bar, me and Asa were booked to play two gigs there this month, but on arriving for the first one, we find out our booking has been lost/disposed of and we've been reapleced for both nights! What's more, the guy behind the bar says they haven't booked anyone on a Wednesday (on of the nights we were supposed to play) for three years! Guess we'll have to go down there and knock a few heads together...

Has this sort of thing ever happened to anyone else?

more than once, and it's never their fault, is it - the rule seems to be bands are booked by a shady figure, that is never to be found in the place, whether you call or pass by in person, and definitely NEVER shows up when there is a gig in the bar...
