Could use some help figuring out exactly which tunings he used for specific songs. Anyone ever seen such a list?

You might find some answers in the slide forum below; I don't think a comprehensive list has been posted here, but there has been lots of discussion about various songs.

There's also been one or two threads about the speed of the Robert Johnson recordings which you might find interesting.

I don't remember. Talking Blues and the slide one are likely candidates. Do a search for "Robert Johnson slowed down", perhaps.
