Searching for lost great blues guitarist!

I'm desperately searching for a guitarist named JON WOLFE. I worked with him on the road a few years back and lost contact with him. I heard he was in an auto accident, but was still alive and recovered. I also heard he was possibly living in Albuquerque, NM. If anyone knows about him and how I can contact him, I would very much appreciate it.
