This mic is intended for heavy amplified playing. It is definitely not for clean acoustic playing.

A 1950's Harmon Kardon mono hifi amp. 10 or 15 watts into 2 8" inexpensive speakers in a closed box. The mic is plugged into the phono in jack. I get about the same sound when plugged into my Fender Blues Deluxe, just about 5X louder.

I reloaded the mic sample with the correct EQ because I just realized after listening to it and checking my mixing board I had the treble all the way down. The way it sounds now is much closer to how it actually sounded coming from the amp. Sorry about that!
