Wow, I'm not ashamed to you say you put me to school in terms of keeping that time solid all by yourself; what's more, you kept coming up with these great little coherent licks to keep everything making sense melodically. Every chorus was as tight as could be, even though the context was loose and improvised. You've got good ears on you, I guess is what it comes down to. I hope you keep your video file up for a while so I -- and others, perhaps -- can hear your playing a little bit more closely.
45-caliber FMJ playing, on 22LR recording equipment. I hope you get around to putting some of this on wax or better -- it's unusually good. Feel free to share some of your tricks here, cause I'm not that tight on the time when playing solo and need to get up to that high energy on a budget, if you know what I mean.
