"Travelin' Alone" by Little Son Jackson

So Clapton's new album came out recently, and I absolutely love it, especially the opening track, "Travelin' Alone." I've been trying to find the lyrics and or the artist who originally wrote it, but with no luck. But I recently saw an interview with Clapton on Youtube where he credits Little Son Jackson with writing the tune. I've searched all over the internet trying to find a copy to at least listen to, and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know this song or know where to hear it?

This thread is now the top Google result.

... no answer for you Lefty, but here's a video of Clapton doing this song on Jools Holland: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7UFuCGwpjM
