Doyle Bramhall doing Outside Woman Blues on Slide

Postby Bluesrocker » Wed Jul 14, 2010 8:54 pm

Hello, all. Back in 2007, Doyle Bramhall appeared on Eric Clapton's Crossroad Guitar Festival where he did a scorching hot version of "Outside Woman Blues" on slide guitar. I've been trying to figure out what tuning he used ever since and the closest I've gotten is Open E. Anybody out there know for sure what tuning he used? Are there any tabs in existance (proper ones) for his version of this great song? I've always loved Eric's version of this on Disreali Gears, but I must say Doyle's version is a smokin' one, too. Thanks for any info.
