I ran across that one several years ago, but I'd lost the bookmark. Thanks, Dawg!

Thanks dog, I had to show the wife... I've never met anyone who gets so many song lyrics so wrong!

Always sounded like "Wrapped up like a douche you know they run her in the night" to me. Never made any sense. Springsteen never made any sense to me. Don't see why anybody thinks he's a great musician.

I don't think anyone ever accused Bruce of being a great musician. He's known as a powerful blue collar personality famous for putting on 3 1/2 hour shows with a world class band.

Y'all are welcome to him. I haven't heard any of his stuff that did anything for me.

I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but I don't admire Bob Dylan or his work, either. (Though I envied him his Victoria's Secret ad gig.)

I'm with ya there Ric, the last time I listened to Dylan on a regular basis was his 1st greatest hits LP on 8 track. Especially being a harmonica player, I always put his harpwork near the musical equivalent of fingernails on a blackboard. Just makes me wince.

He's got one thing in common with Springsteen though...another helluva good songwriter.
