Birthday gig

Postby michelle » Wed Jul 23, 2008 11:30 am

I've got a gig at my local pub on my birthday with my band "PYJAMA GARDENERS". The band is; my son on drums, my brother on guitar and vocals, my sister on vocals and some great friends on harmonica, banjo, flute and bass. We are all gonna play in our pyjamas. i know i will have to stay relatively sober until after the gig, but i just cant think of a better way to spend my birthday doing what i love best with the people i love best in the clothes i love best and getting paid to boot. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME

That's cool. Sounds like a great bunch.

I played a few shows in the '80's wearing PJ's. It relaxes the audience...

1. Ensure correct pajamas are worn
2. get camera
3. extend camera with arms to fullest position
4. assume provacative position
5. snap picture

lather, rinse, repeat....always repeat!

Dear roadkill (now thats an oxymoron). It is F###**g freezing in Guildford this time of year so when i say pyjamas i mean PYJAMAS. Probably not the photo you had in mind. My little sister on the other hand seems to be impervious to the cold and is planning on the negligee look so with her permission i might post you a shot of her if someone tells me how to post a photo. My brothers got himself a pair of Jim Beam Pyjamas and even in PJ's hes a mean lookin dude so i wouldnt be a messin' with his little sister.

Put the pics anywhere you can post photos. I use http://photobucket.com/ which is free, easy to use and works great. Copy the link to the pic (which Photobucket does automatically when you click on the proper line next to the pic) and paste it into your post here. Voila, your pic's in the post.

So, if it's cold over there, what sort of slippers are you going to wear? I have the impression bunnies aren't really in favor in Australia.

my bad! i forgot you all are "opposite" of us. guess it would be a little "nippy" in PJ's. now i'm trying to get a visual of PYJAMAS..arctic parka with bunnies on it....double insulated thermal long johns with slippers....would they remind me of goose hunting in Saskatchawan? Eskimo porn??

Jim Beam pyjamas....you prolly should be drinking it if it is that cold! :D

if it hits below 70 F. here i'm freezing!!!
anyway, good luck it really sounds like fun!
