Heheheh...

I've been drinkin' moderately, maybe two beers. I've managed to drop nearly 5 pounds just by being able to get out and ride my bicycle 15 - 20 miles a day 3 or 4 days a week.

yup!! just kickin the beer, and Moonpies!! helps!! and parking the Golfcart and walking helps, and only eating when hungry, and watching the portions helps a lot

Ok, I'm new here, and am NOT going back on 57 pages. You lose some weight?

Focking excellent!

My wife's a vegan. I am not, but am coming around to stuff. Like, ummmm.... excercise.

My back's complaining again, can't wait until every amp comes in a carbon fibre cab. Had to sleep on the floor last night, and I could walk today without too much pain, another 2 nights will hopefully see it settle down again for a few weeks.

I remember when I was a little kid wondering how older peoples' bodies got so screwed up & gnarly lookin'. And the thought of having 3-4 pills to take every day-- or more -- holy crap... the stuff old people talked about. Thank God we still got that hot music to play or we wouldn't even be able to find a pulse.

I still have cheap motorcycles to race, hard to beat that moment on the startline when the world goes away and you sink down into that zone and wait for the flag to drop  , not quite the same as Going Somewhere Else when you play, but more predictable.

And no, I'm not in this race, but watch out for Smif on 59. He's building my next bike

Would that be the "Cardio myopathy" thing? That's hereditary in my family. I don't have it yet, but I keep hoping that someday I'll have a big heart.

Right Rico!!
I did just that yesterday, I walked into My primary care in Hattiesburg VA clinic, they took a look at The swelling ,check BP it was fine, listened to my heart, called someone else to listen!! hooked up EKG
and told me My heart was not pumping correctly, and sent me straight to Main Hosp. in Jaskson Ms.
was there till 1am this morning, gave me some meds, and took blood and Xrays my heart is not enlarged, and are settin me up for a Eletro Cardo. whatever that is

gezz we are the last thing to get attention, Like was said earlier we take better care of our instruments than ourselves
Who would have thought ankle swelling would be a result of cardio problems????

Something to do with inefficient pumping not allowing fluid to be returned, Rico's the man with the answers. An ECG required means they might think you need a pacemaker, keep you going until you're shot at the age of 95 by a jealous husband who's found you in bed with his 21 year old wife. Then they cremate you and the pacemaker blows the oven up.
