Tweed glue

Anybody know what kind of glue is used to attach tweed to a pine box?

Uhhh, no experiance of this but I think PVA might do it, or if you have access to one, a hot glue gun, not sure whether you have a different name for them, a pistol shaped thing, which heats up a stick of glue, and squirts it out the other end? They seem to work on most things...

Or maybe you could tack it like with upholstery?

You might wanna pm Brian Purdy here on the forum; he builds tweed amps for harp use. I think he's at http://www.harpgear.com.
