Can't download music anymore, bummer!

Well, iTunes won't let me onto their site, because my OS-X 10.3.9 is WAY out of date. I need at least a G4 and OS-10.5.
Amazon same thing.
Is there anyplace I can still use my G3 with the old OS-X 10.3.9 and download music?
Thanks. Bill

Can't you download to a PC hard drive and then download from there to your "G3 with the old OS-X 10.3.9" (whatever that is)?

Amazon's MP3 store works with 10.4, which runs on G3s. At install, I think it checks that you have a DVD drive and Firewire (which obviously isn't needed). If you're missing those things, you can use a friend's Mac to install onto your HDD. The very last G3 Macs will even run 10.5, apparently.

Get Real Player, it's free. You can download from YouTube into Real Player. It allows you to convert to MP3 files. In other words, loose the video & save the audio as a MP3 file. Might take a little longer but it's free. Works for me. But then again, I'm cheap. :wha: :wha: :wha:
