Happy New Year evryone.

Got me a problem with my Crate 30 Taxi... it won't recharge anymore,
don't know is the fault with the amp or with the transformer/power adaptor,
I leave it plugged in for days, no recharge..
tried with the amp's power sw off and on,

I am considering using a automotive battery charger plugged into the "automobile cigerette lighter" jack...maybe I should wait until warm weather, in case I burn down my house at least we won;t freeze living outdoors.

I know I am not the only owner/user of a Crate Taxi 30 in these parts (Big Road Blues Forum)... anybody had a similar experience?
Anyone suggest a resolution that does not involve giving up on the Crate 30 Taxi?

Thanks

Rechargeable batteries do eventually die.

:( Yup. You can only recharge a battery so many times. You have to replace the battery in your car every now and then, dontcha? What you need is a sealed 12V lead-acid battery. If there is a number on it, you may be able to find a replacement battery online with the number on the battery. You can also call Crate at 1-800-738-7563. the factory part probably will be more expensive...
