Does anyone have any descent chord's for a camfire song?

or chords that can be played with 2-3 songs? And the people wouldn't be any wiser?

Uhmmm... depends what campfire.... Depends on who you're with...

When I'm being a cub leader its all daft ones like "...drunken sailor" I used to know chords to a load of classic scout campfire songs, we used to do loads... And the bonus is they're all dead simple harmonically!

Stick to what you enjoy though! I've played classic punk songs on the acoustic guitar... Metal, Prog rock, whatever!

I will be hanging out with a lot of 30+ plus, but I want something easy like toe tapping easy, and keep it with 4/4 timing.

Man, I've played just about my whole repertoire at a campfire at some point.

But I know I've seen books with songs especially FOR campfires. Kumbaya!

lol, I don't think ac/dc would go so well with my friends, I basically want a singalong song's but nothing like comboya or david rowed the boat to shore.

I need like the cowboy song, home on the range, and some old westerns which would be easy to learn.

LOL, Jay.

I think campfire songs should have some fun elements like, Dead Skunk in the Middle of the road, Lil Red Ridin' Hood, Wooly Bully, or Eighteen and some Americana, singalong stuff like Can't You See.

Happy Trails, Cool Water, Tumblin Tumble Weeds, Red River Valley.... are all good ol western songs and easy to learn.

All day I face the barren waste without the taste of water,
Coooool water.
Old Dan and I with throats burned dry and souls that cry for water,
Cool, clear, water.

I don't know what chippy tea is either. I've got a good friend here in London who's from Wigan. I enjoy telling Londoners that he's from Yorkshire. They always believe me. It drives him round the bend. :D :D
