The Muddy Waters version
This seems to be a much played song and i like muddies version.
My copy is from the Original Rolling Stone album but any version is fine.

Where is the tab ? I'd be interested to see the Muddy Waters version as well. I've been playing it by ear for the longest time!

it appears you are correct as far as the availability of tablature according to muddy. I tried looking for them and only found tabs on versions by THEM, VAN MORRISON, M, YOKO ONO, and others. It seems like you got most of it down anyway.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON Apr-28-05 AT 06:54 PM (EST)]That does not sound at all right when I play it......I'm sure it's me that's wrong but I get it like....Correct me please! I don't mean to critisze, only to learn.

E 3-6-3-6-33 B 6-3-6-33 From there I am confused now

After the main riff i just do a rundown to the root note and put a turnaround in.
I dont think there is a turnaround there but it feels right to do that when i play it

Everybody has done this. I have a tab by Stephen Grossman in a book on Big Bill Broonzy (who wrote it). I also have a Power Tab of a version by Big Joe Williams.

Have a look here http://www.bluestabs.net/

Yoko Ono!! You have to be kidding...

I had a REALLY strange dream not long ago. I can't get it to make sense now, but the gist of it was that I came to the realization that Yoko had the answers.

I woke up in a cold sweat.
