I know the chord progression (F, C7) and I've been practicing it all afternoon. But I can't get the turnaround correct. Can someone please help?

Others here will be able to give more complete answers, but as I understand it the turnaround goes: Gm something, F, C, F, played by first barring the first three strings third fret (Gm-x)then open F's and C's.

To my inexpert ears it doesn't sound like a straight Bb with the first string fretted at the first fret, but the chord I play could probably be descirbed in terms of Bb as well as G.
