Motörhead

[updated:LAST EDITED ON May-10-06 AT 04:32 PM (EST)]Probably not a name you'd ever expect to see in this part of the forum, but I came across this video while purusing youtube. It's a pretty basic song and the solo is a bit over-the-top, but if you are familiar with Motörhead, it is quite funny.

Who would win in a fight, Lemmy or God?

Trick question, LEMMY IS GOD!

Any particular reason why it keeps stopping after 59sec and won't go any further? Or is it just me? Liked it a lot though...

It may not be buffered fully. Sometimes youtube takes quite a while to upload a clip.

Motorhead is one of my favorite rock'n'roll bands of all time.

Lemmy is a huge fan of rockabilly, too, by the way. He's made some recordings with a guy I know, Danny B. Harvey, on guitar.

Lemmy is one of my favorite singers of all time. I know he's only got a range of like 4.5 notes, but I don't care. What a VOICE!

Yea, Lemmy!!,
The REAL thing..
Respected by Bill Laswell, and recommend by English Guys to Drum and Bass kids for inspiration.

It's a matter of finding which Motorhead performance got you off, what version of what song, like Ace..,and on which album, because a lot of their stuff was crap.

Since I never got to see them live, I'd have to say when they suddenly popped up in "the Young Ones" was when I became a convert.

Ace of Spades itself is like an inverted Blues Style Song when you break it down.
It's structure should be taught in songwriting classes as a classic arrangement. I was just thinking about it the other day for some reason.

Lemmy is who keeps me singing. He convinced me that you don't need a "pretty" voice.
