One time, at bandcamp: Sonny Landreth and Robben Ford

Well, I went out on a limb, dropped a lot of dough (for me anyways) and spent 4 days at http://dojoguitarcamp.com/schedule/. The big attraction for me was Sonny Landreth, and the chance for a private lesson was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If any one's interested, I wrote about it on my blog: https://meanoldfireman.wordpress.com/2014/08/10/robben-fords-traveling-dojo-guitar-camp-or-how-i-spent-my-summer-vacation/

BTW: The 12 ga slide was a big hit.

After starting a bummer day on Robin Williams suicide, that note brought a smile to my face. Jake I'm glad to hear that it's value to your playing is such that you took it with you. My playing sucks so bad, at least one thing I've done has brought something to the table.

You can now say that Sonny Landreth has used one of your slides! (for almost 1 whole minute).
