Guitar, bass projects finished

Wow, so I been busy and “I'm so glad, I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad”.

This is a semi hollow guitar, with salvaged Peavey T-60 pups and electronics intact. I built the body from a NOS Gretch top, salvaged Harmony tailpiece.
The bridge and tuners are Gotoh. I bought the neck, (MIC), it's an SG type.
The back is Sapele veneer.

This bass is my idea of a viol shaped solid body, fretless.
The body was lumber, 1 inch Mahogany back, and a 1/2 inch carved Ash archtop, black binding.
The neck is a Mighty Might Precision bass fretless neck with an Ebinol fingerboard.
Squire tuners, Washburn bridge and tailpiece, and Dimarzio pups.

The top one (twin horn) looks a bit like the newer Vox guitars. Nice woodwork!

Oh yeah, I like those new Vox semi-hollows and I was partly inspired by those, but that style cutaway goes back 500 years, as it's called a Florentine cut away.
Teisco made some hollow body guitars like that back in the 1960s.
