Here is a site from a dude in Memphis that makes Cigar Box Guitars for Cheap and they look and sound pretty good... he made me an electric one for $200

This gives me an idea...
I have a couple of acoustic guitars that are broken, storm-damaged, etc,.

maybe I could make cigar boxes out of them!

Here's a couple that I knocked out last week with $14.00 worth of parts and a few hours labor.

They are drain covers from Lowe's.

You can get chrome or brass.
