Recording question. Sound Track, Audacity, or Garage Band?

I have all 3 on my Mac. Never have recorded music, but I've done VO's for video on Soundtrack (which is part of Final Cut). I want to record a song I wrote, it's kinda a joke for some friends of mine but I'd still like it to sound good. I'll probably need to combine several track to get it right, I'm a bit of a hack player!

Most folks I know use Garage Band but I have used Audacity for so long I have just stuck with it.

I cut it in Garage Band and it worked great. I've used Audacity before and this seemed easier and better.
