Chops galore, no doubt. But as Emperor Joseph (in the movie "Amadeus") would say, "too many notes." I would've loved a bit of breathing space in those solos.

I think Mike was emulating style of long time Junior Wells partner Buddy Guy--and Buddy plays kinda that busy style-- Emperor Joseph couldn't play for crap :wink:

Don't forget that Emperor Joseph is a bit of a hack when it comes to music (and he's being used by the Italians to disparage Mozart's music). :wink:
