Slide guitar song tuning

Hey everybody, i came across this website where a guy posted four slide guitar songs online. I've been trying to figure out the tuning, but it's giving me trouble (i think he might be using a capo?). If you could help i'd appreciate it, thanks. Here's the url:

Hi cj48 I am the the guy who recorded those songs. The website is a project that i am working on for musicians that want to share their music I am sick of every site aimed at money making. anyway its far from finished.
The slide songs that are on the site are all played in open D on my cheap tricone made by Johnson I am going to put up a few more recordings soon of my 1931 national style O. I'm just a hack muso that plays for fun =)
