How do you listen to music?

Nothin' to do with blues? The name says it all. You might try e-mail or Personal Message, but if those don't work for you, put it here, not in the blues forums above. Thanks!

Satellite radio or CD in the car (I drive company cars, so I'm not leaving an ipod in the car); CD or cassette, :D , in the house, 'cuz I'm usually listening to learn tunes.

Second Life Blues Dj's, Pandora or my MP3's of my old CD's at home.

My old CD's in the car.

At the moment I'm listening to a live broadcast of a Pianist, also from Second Life.

I'll post the same response here as I did in your thread at Strat-Talk. :D

I listen to digital media on my PC, CD's in my car, and digital formats on my phone in from Pandora.

For those occasions when I plan well enough in advance what music I want to hear, I have my people book the appropriate performers, and fly them to one of my homes, (usually my beach house on a Greek island, but sometimes to my lodge in upstate Maine).

But for more spontaneous yens for music listening, I will have my staff locate an appropriate venue (it is always 9 PM somehwere in the world) and then personally hop into my private aircraft to attend. On occasion, the performance has been sold out, in which case I simply arrange for some of the other attendess to leave (this can get quite expensive, but you know how we music fans are  )

Of course there are also times when I want to hear music by somone who is deceased... This usually involves actually listening to recorded music :( , in which case I play my reel-to-reel magnetic tape machine through the Boze sound system at the local concert auditorium (hopefully I can do so without disrupting any events occurring at the moment I arrive.) But if a recording of the deceased artiste cannot be procured (hey, cool, that rhymes: deceased artiste), then I consult a Haitian sorceress to engage the dead musicians for a private performance.
