Aaron Williams Band

Your chance to write big-time blues reviews. Only two rules: First, if you're connected to the band or artist, go to Shameless Promotion; Second, don't write a book -- keep it relatively short and simple, no 1,000+ word epics.

Oh .. and make it fun.

Nice clean sound and cool arranging. Looks like you got plenty of work. Stick around and you'll catch plenty of snide comments about Texas blues shredders, lol! 3-piece is an interesting way to go.

I like the clean guitar tone...too many over-the-top distortion freaks out there already.

The vocals are directly channeling Johnny Lang, not sure if that is your aim or not.

Overall, a real good sound. Stick around the forum and join in.

I might try to check you out when you're in Dallas. I've got family in town though...maybe this is a good excuse to get away from them for a night.

Awesome!

Though it's "Dallas", it's really a rodeo arena outside of Dallas in Alvarado called Diamond W Arena.

We'd love to book other shows in Dallas, but just don't know where to look or who to contact.

I'll try to make it out. As far as other venues, I don't have much by way of contacts, since my porch is "playing out" to me, but here's a link to the SW Blues Society Calendar that may help

Thanks Rev!!

I wonder how I could get our band's name up on the artist links.

Anyway - that's an awesome list of new venues to hit up. We'll get our booking agent on it and see what we can come up with.

Hey, I see you are on the bill at the Wisconsin BAMFest in July.

That's a long ways from Texas...and "The Hoodoo"? New band, new name or fronting someone else?
