Remember Leslie West?

Your chance to write big-time blues reviews. Only two rules: First, if you're connected to the band or artist, go to Shameless Promotion; Second, don't write a book -- keep it relatively short and simple, no 1,000+ word epics.

Oh .. and make it fun.

Any body remember Leslie West from Mountain(Mississippi Queen)?
I picked up a recent cd released of his titled "Blue Me".
I gotta say this blues/rocker really does a fine job, there isnt a tune on the disk that lets me down.
check it out for some good electric blues. 8)

Yeah I was a Leslie West/Mountain fan back in the old days. We played Mississippi Queen in my highschool garage band (if you wanted to be our drummer, you had to own a cowbell). Good stuff - more cowbell!

The West, Bruce and Lang album is one of my all time favorites too!

"Mississippi Queen.... she taught me everything"

Thanks for the link

I remember him well and saw him many times. Do you remember West, Bruce and Lang?
