Hi, Rhythmus,

As long as you make them bleed - rock on!

Do they really? Well I hope they're rosewood! Otherwise, Coepisti melius quam desinis: ultima primis cedunt!

My fingerboards all smell like olive oil. Translate that into Latin if you like, I'm too lazy. :-)

Ricochet.....

That's odd. I was in this bar down by the docks talking with Popeye and he said his smelled like Olive Oil, too! Go figure!

[updated:LAST EDITED ON May-20-02 AT 07:17 AM (CST)]I'm glad somebody jumped on that one...good work Doc. Reminds me of another good one -

Do you know what happened when the Pope went to Mount Olive?
Popeye nearly Killed him!

RhythMax-Sorry we desecrated your introduction...the board often heads in tangents with all the intellectuals that visit. Look at it this way...it's a sign of acceptance, kinda like a knickname. (btw, if you like arty farty silliness you came to the right place!) Note- that IS the only Popeye joke I have ever heard.

went down to the crossroads...

It had never occurred to me before - has Russell Crowe led to a revived interest in Latin? But his band doesn't play the blues, though.
There is said to be a school whose motto was "I hear, I see, I learn" - or in Latin "Audeo, Video, Disco". Mind you, Latin gave me up over 30 years ago.
Hi, Rhyth Max - welcome.
