I started playing blues piano when I was 12
When I was 17 I went to Chicago and played with Carey Bell
I latter opened in Cambridge, MA for Roosevelt Sykes - I brought him from New Orleans to play at Joe's Place
I opened for Junior Wells & Buddy Guy at Sandy's in Beverly, MA
I did a gig in Atlanta with Big Momma Thornton
I got Little Brother Montgomery some gigs and opened for him in NYC
I jammed frequently with the T-Bone Walker band in Cambridge
I traded sets with Joe Turner at the Calavados in Paris
I sat in on a few gigs with Memphis Slim in Paris
I jammed with Dakota Staton in NYC and accompanied her on Dr Longjohn
My last gig in the late 80's was a concert in NYC with Otis Rush
