I really get a kick out of the humor and wit I read in this forum. I LOL!
Thought a good (maybe) way to bring more humor and wit out would be to write a blues tune through a thread. I'm takin' bets on how long it takes for "johnson" to be mentioned.

standard 12 bar IIII IVIV II V IV I I moderate shuffle
place v1, v2, v3 to keep track of verses, and your contribution in quotes.
If it gets to 3 verses, I'll write it up in song lyric form and someone can start another (or not)

v1 "I got a good woman,"

pretty original, huh :D

Keep on Bluesin'!

but her usage of roman numerals leaves something to be desired"

I got a good woman,
but her usage of roman numerals leaves something to be desired.
I got a good woman,
but her usage of roman numerals leaves something to be desired,

I was thinking

"If she don't learn modern Arithmatic,

she'll get her fat butt fired".

But hey, it doesn't HAVE to rhyme.

Nice lummox, I guess we have two versions now. :D

I got a good woman,
but her usage of roman numerals leaves somethin' to be desired,
Oh I got a good woman,
but her usage of roman numerals leaves somethin' to be desired,
If I could get that woman to changer her countin' ways,
I just might let her stay.

version 2

I got a good woman,
but her usage of roman numerals leaves somethin' to be desired,
Oh I got a good woman,
but her usage of roman numerals leaves somethin' to be desired

She's really got a talent,
For playing on my Johnson.
She's really got a talent,
For playing on my Johnson.
She's the best damn Johnson player
That ever came from Wisconsin.

But you can't light me up, babe,
Just by playing on my Johnson.
I said you can't light me up, babe,
Even by slidin' on my Johnson.
If you really want to light my fire,
You ought to be flickin' my Ronson.

I had a Zippo once, but the wheel won't strike no spark...

Threw out that old Zippo -

wheel won't strike no spark.

had to buy a brand new Ronson...

for to chase the dark.

I'd keep that first verse handy to use as a LAST verse...

In the meantime,

" She's flicken' his bic lighter - not to smoke no

cigarette...

She's flicking that bic lighter, but that's one funny cigarette...

he's gonna Bogart my baby...and my name she's sure to forget. "

She can strike your matches, and
Send you up in flame,
She can strike your matches, and
Send you all up in flame,
I got plenty juice in my Ronson,
Lord I love her game!

I love her Roman accountin',
That memory always lingers,
I love her Roman accountin',
That memory sure always lingers,
Turnin my pages and then
Lickin, lickin, lickin at her fingers.
