Hi folks, let me add a personal fav.
MUDDY "MISSISSIPPI" WATERS - LIVE!
Now, this electrified version is breathtaking!
The solos by Jerry Portnoy and Luther"Gtr Jr" Johnson are remarkable!
Of course its another world if we talk about acoustic versions (love'em mostly all...).
I also wanna mention the outstanding version by Paul Butterfield's Better Days.
Check'em out.

J. Morrison does a good one on one of the "Roadhouse Blues" song outtakes. I think he was just vocally jamming on it, but still, I like it a lot.

My favorite I've heard so far is one by Big Bill Broonzy, done solo, just voice and acoustic guitar.
