"Hurricane Betsy" by Sam Lightning Hopkins...

You might be referring to Lightnin's "Hurricane Beulah".
I don't know about tabs, but I can tell you it's played in the key of E. The song is available on DVD ( http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid ... in+Hopkins ) so you can see what Lightnin's fingers are doing, although his fingers are so long that it looks like he's playing the "wrong" strings, you just have to work it out from his hand position and the sounds he's making.

Don't know if Hurricane Beulah is the same tune, but there sure as hell IS a "Hurricane Betsy" - it's on an album I'm holding right here. Can't help any further with the info. you require though, sorry.
