I'll have a guess. Jerome Arnold about Howlin' Wolf. I think a lot of people said something like that about the Wolf.

Ah. So was it the Wolf taking about Jerome. It's also the sort of thing the Wolf would say. I believe he often threatened to shoot people/animals/things.
