1896/40 CT Marine Band

Has anybody every tried one of these harps (1896/40 CT Marine Band). They couldn't tell me what kind of harmonica it was. It looked like a ten hole chromatic or octave, wasn't sure. But one thing they did know was that it was fifty bucks.

yeah this is an octive tuned harmonica it has two rows of 10 holes one row is tuned normally and the other is an octive lower making the effect you play like you would be playing two harps at one time example a C harp with first hole having a high note and a Low tuned note but both the same note. Not much of a blue harp I would think, but maybe nice for some chording mellody playing maybe country and gospel etc.
