Three Draw problem on ONE harmonica

Hi, I am a rank beginner, and just received two identical C Hohner Big River harps. I am able to get reasonably clear blow and draw notes on one of them, but on the other, I get a wheezing, whistly sound on the three draw (the blow note is clear, though).
Is it a harp problem? If so, can I do something to correct it?
Thanks!

It sounds as if the reed is not centered in the reed slot. I'd guess it's either that or it needs regapping.
This article by Kinya Pollard explains the gapping process and has pictures to demonstrate as well

fortunately you can get to the draw reed without taking the plates apart.besides regapping or centering the reed, the problem could also be burrs ,or even foreign material on the reed.

you could try wiping that reed with a q-tip dunked in alchohol and see if it helps.
