Bassman

Postby mike932 » Wed Feb 27, 2008 10:36 am

I did it, I finally found an old bassman 4x10 combo. The thing is like new. The tech changed the speaker wiring so the #1 in line doesn't catch the brunt of the load. The thing is incredible, but a little heavy. It has taken me weeks of searching for the right tube bass set up. The wattage will be perfect for low volume gigs and has the tone I was in search of. Now I will be looking for the right tube amp to sit on top of it for my harps. I had to trade my Music master in as part of the deal for the 4x10. Perhaps the Fender pro Jr or the Black heart combo.

A tube Bassman 4x10 is already a killer harp amp.

Guitar, too.
