Well,
My Babe it is the Killin Floor lick in F really...but I am still looking for that wee bit at the start. :x

The other Walter one is "Who" ( summat -like be telling you- :P ..not hot with names) That is a neat wee lick , so mebs it will go on the cd next Saturday.

Harp Mac pulled out "Mighty Long Time " by Sonny Boy yesterday in G...tis a real hand stretcher as it seems to need to be fretted as it needs a bit of control and ope string would ring out and first position G is the mother of all stretchers...given the amount of burn I will have soon have a aerobic fit paw :?

Dawg,
thanks for the CD, The Groovecats are SMOKIN' !!!
Tasty bottom end on the dog bass but the harp player is astounding.
Check your mail box in a week or so.
Have a great Hogmanay.

Well dawgs,
had a good gig on Sat past...as Maggie Bell/Chris Farlowe and the Manfreds were in town turn out was less...that and Blindman up the road in the next town :!:

The Yamah bass amp overheated..I originally thought it was resistance becuase I was at the halfway vol mark. But seems that is not the case, mebs in normal heat up ( transistor) two bits touched and connectyed stuff that shouldn't be connected!

Stage misunderstanding .No 37.

Whilst warming up trying the pa Harp Mac started on that whoop, holler and blow sequence..

I said "Coon" .

Harp Mac said "Aww, what you go and say that for...."

I said "You were playing like the Sonny Boy track !!"

Harp Mac said "Ohhh! Okay...but I think it's a Sonny and Brownie track".

(I actually think the track with the hounds on it (Sonny Boy?) is really an allegory.)

Ooooh-h,that could be fun Houndog. I hope it's a time slot where there'll be a big crowd in there already--not one of those deals where it's about one third full 'cuz it's too early.
