I took my wife to see the show - santa memories- in Columbus tonight . The show was not on tonight. We screwed up with dates.......... The downtown was dead. Nothing moving. Everything closed with signs in the windows "closed have a merry christmas". The only people moving about were the homeless. One came up to us when we were parking for the show. Man, I felt bad, but we just told him no, started up the car and moved to another block. He was not right in the head....... Anyway, the song tells the rest. I spent a christmas eve homeless. That night always kinds of haunts me on christmas eves but tonight really hit me. I am very thankful for all I have. If you are up tonight, and are in an introspective mood, I recorded some songs just now that are about christmas from the blue side. Walter

christmas eve in an empty city
merry christmas to all the homeless dogs of the world
home for christmas
a childs christmas wish
