This is another good one, and it reminds me much more of Sony Acid.
Its called Reaper.

I tried it. Looks good, uses ASIO for low latency. But it will only run a few minutes till it crashes. Crashes hard.. locks my machine up tight. So.. I don't think I'll be replacing Soundforge + Vegas with it.
