Slim, Your right pr it's the rich white man who brought the blues "Danny aquroid" I think made it famous well ok not famous but well known though.

Troubleman, Very cool what did you do when the speaker got over whelmed?

I ended up using a compressor stompbox and a BOSS EQ stompbox - the compressor to limit the transient spikes and the compressor do dial out some of the hollowness. It worked but...
I'm thinking of going back to a Pignose, but swapping out the Pig's speaker for something a bit more substantial.

oh yeah........you can use the line in input on the back to play backing tracks. I load my BT's on my
I-pod then I can play along with backing tracks. :D
So I could probably add a looper for the BT tracks? and play like that?

Nice.

I'm sure the roland does too but that vox has a nice tone to it.

Thanks Derek......its not bad for a 10 inch x 10" battery amp. cost me $125.00
Its actually louder than I need at 5watts. But its adjustable to 1.5 and .5 with a switch on back.
I got it to jam camping and at the park.
Thanks again Slickcat, I've noticed that this amp actually sounds better then the roland street powered battery.

I got the whorehouse red and pearloid model with regular single coils. Cool guitar with a great neck

Hey Goldbrick,
Thats how my guitar was originally.
I added a P-90 pickup and got a custom tortiseshell pickguard made. I added a 4-way switch and gold dome knobs.
Its really a great little guitar...I also love the neck. It fits my hand perfect and plays like a dream.
