The bridge is functionally identical to a Strat bridge. To raise the action, just grab the adjustment allan key and rotate the bolt. You'll probably want to loosen the strings and write down how many twists you give each one, so you can go back.

You will have to adjust intonation when you're finished.

thanks: so all on individual strings, no overall mechanism like on a tunomatic?

is the Yamaha Pacifica 112V bridge similar to a strat please? and if so, in either case, if you wanted to raise the bridge to raise the action for slide work, how easy or difficult is this to do?

thanks

Ric
