Will post a question very soon on the new March thread.

Hope no one has bailed out of here just over this Google nonsense...we're missing a whole bunch of the usual suspects.

Other than the fact that they are all blues guitar players, what common link connects these three artists?

Rory Gallagher
Mike Bloomfield
Buddy Guy

J.B. Lenoir and Byther Smith.

I believe they were first cousins.

One thing the Trivia forum has done for me is peak my interest in Blues history and got me listening to more of the old masters as well as reading liner notes in my CD's and begin a collection of good books! My kids and wife are thrilled cuz now they don't have to figger out what to get me for fathers day, b-day, Christmas etc. A new book or CD and I'm a happy man!
I'll continue workin on Hash's question now (He does post some doozies) and hopefully get backatcha soon!

The main goal of trivia is to learn more about the blues and it's artists and hopefully have some fun along the way. It's been my experience that when political correctness rears it's head the fun is the first thing to go from almost any activity.

I personally think that tougher questions keep the Google factor to a minimum. I've answered questions that took several hours of research even with maximum Googling. I do know this...if we keep the game moving it will allow maximum members to participate. Any sentiment that slows the game down goes against it's intended purpose.
