It came from an old light I had in the garage. A cylindrical thing that went around the light bulb (diffuser of sorts) I cut out a circle to fit. The vol pot is a 500k. The connector is a 1/4" jack. There was a bit of trial and error to make it all fit air tight. I made a gasket out of the top of one of those orange cones you see on the road. Cut off just a small amount. (Don't tell the Dept. of Transportation)
Here is a pic before I had all the bugs worked out and pre vol pot
